At this point I think to myself that I could never have too many mist shrouded days – especially in such a lovely landscape – but, I do know that after several grey and gloomy days, when the sun pushes back the curtains, I feel happy. I would just like to be able to put in an order for a few of each every now and then.
If only we could control things!
Jan, I agree with you. Keats’ poem comes to my mind: “Autumn of mists and mellow fruitfulness”… I love the misty mountains surrounding Bagni di Lucca and miss them. I loved flinging open the doors of Debra’s apartment to admire the swirling mists. Debra’s photos bring back those happy memories.
