There is a neglected magnolia in the neglected car park of the neglected Villa Fiori. It still manages to look beautiful.
With a bit of luck a buyer will turn up in April when the building goes on sale.

The flowers last just a few weeks then the leaves come.
And the azaleas are also gorgeous… But neglected….
The azaleas have buds right now. They will be amazing in a few weeks.

These trees are obviously hardy. I hope mine at Casa Debbio does as well.
