Between rain showers I planted the pansies on the bridge at Ponte a Serraglio.
It is raining heavily today…I hope the poor little things don’t drown.
I chose the smaller flowers this year as they put on a great show last year. Here is a reminder of what they will look like soon if the weather cooperates.
Well Done!
I think of it as an extension of my balcony.
That was quick. Well done. No hanging around.
We bought a property in Benabbio, just over a year ago. I have to say I really enjoy the blog, especially as it keeps us in touch when we are so far away in Dubai most of the year.
I arrived a bit later this year, so I wanted to get them in as soon as possible to give them plenty of growing time. They will be replaced with geraniums in May.
so beautiful, fascinating me. Thank you dear Debra, love, nia
It is a lovely bridge.
They look lovely. We so badly need rain here – so much of the garden is just dying.
I would happily send some of our rain if I could.
They make the bridge look colourful & happy – brava Deb
They are very pretty. I hope they do as well as last year.
You are a champ Debra this place should be so thankful to you. I will help doing the geraniums later in the summer
We have a date for May with the new geraniums.
Hopefully they will be putting on a colourful display soon for everyone to enjoy. Well done Deb.
They grow quickly when the sun shines. They will be gorgeous in a few weeks.
How lovely! I’ll take a look later when I drive by.
They don’t look much yet, but with a bit of sunshine they will grow quickly.
Thank you Debra, on behalf of all those of us who enjoy morning coffee at Ponte a Serraglio. I am sure that this rain will make the pansies thrive in no time.
Wow, you are quick! I’m sure they will be very pretty soon, after some sun. What a treat for all of us here. Thank you for your hard work!
I jumped in between showers. I hope they do well this year.
Well done. Such a pretty addition to a lovely village
Lovely! Gorgeous colour. See you soon.
I love the way you bring colour to lives around you and to us in different parts of the world.
Simply gorgeous Debra……Hope they are still in bloom in June……Feeling excited!
