Last night at the Casino we had the pleasure of listening to an excellent Jazz Group called The Emma Morton Trio.
The performed at the Omaggio all Donna exhibition.
The crowd was very enthusiastic and a few even jumped up to dance.
Tonight, Sunday 16th March there is opera at Teatro Accademico in La Villa. The performance is Pagliaci and it begins at 4.00pm.
The next performance at Teatro Accademico is La Boheme on Sunday at 4.00pm on 30th March.

A series of great events in Bagni di Lucca. Very sad because I am missing them. I do hope that there will be a good choice in May….

Glad to see the beautiful Casino being used for these events. Such a shame it doesn’t get more use during the year.
It should really be open all the time as it was when the tourist information was there.
Fabulous to see so much wonderful music being played and heard. And I imagine the ticket prices make it accessible to everyone. Sounds like the perfect night out…. To me anyway! xx
It was free, as was the buffet afterwards.
Fun, wish I had been there to see and hear all. Have not seen people get out of their chairs for years and years!
