Looks like they got an early start on Christmas.
Christmas decorations are beginning to go up everywhere. I was in Helsinki a couple of weeks ago and parts of the city were already in Christmas sparkle.
I never knew that there were stores like this in Italy! We have them everywhere where we live on Long Island, in New York. It’s remarkable that we have the same decorations except for the Nativity. Nowadays very few people even include it. I have the stable which we bought in Naples in Via San Gregorio Armena.
Even Babbo Natale looks like our Sabia Claus. What about the Befana? Is she still important?
Befana is still very important in Italy. She arrives on 6th January.
