There is always something happening in Bagni di Lucca.
The Presepe Vivente that the locals have been putting on for three years now is something not to miss if you are in the area. The villagers work diligently and for many weeks to recreate life as it was in simpler times. There are demonstrations of cooking, sewing, knitting and the general survival skills that were needed in early times in addition to the living manger. It is learning and enjoying interactively. So wish I could be there.
I would love to be around for this as well. I might have to stay a bit longer next year.
