Beside the road to Montefegatesi there is a building very close to the road.
If the property was on the market you could mention that it is close to transport…an excellent selling advantage.

We have several on various parcels. They were still somewhat in use when I was a child. Important now in that they would allow possible permit to build where one stands.
I think you can only build on the same footprint, no bigger. When we rebuilt our house everything had to be the same, the size of the house, the materials, doors and windows the same. There isn’t much room for change.
It’s lovely to look at but I can’t imagine me happily spending any time in it!
You certainly would not be living there! Maybe a handy garden shed.
